Max Brown 7th District is a grand home-base for your Vienna adventures. Our hotel is set right in the heart of the city’s creative centre and just a few minutes’ walk from all the highlights. And if you need a location for your meeting, event or film screening, our beautiful Ateliers and Max Theatre are just the place for you. Ready to break a sweat? Our gym is on the first floor, with changing rooms and showers waiting on level -1.
FOOD & DRINKS
Our delicious breakfast buffet is served on the ground floor behind the Front Desk, with sweet and savoury bits to ease you into the day. Weekdays 7:00 am to 10:00, weekends and public holidays 07:30 to 10:30. Add it to your booking or decide when you wake up.
For dinner, our southern Mediterranean restaurant is on the ground floor. We open at 17:00, but if you’re in the mood for a drink or a snack earlier, just pop in at the Front Desk – our team will happily take care of you.

At Max Brown, we’ve mastered the basics so well that you won’t miss fancy pillow menus and room service. That doesn’t mean our hotels are basic. Far from it. Have a look around and you’ll see that we make a big effort with every small detail, all so you feel more like a local than a tourist. Here are the four Max Brown essentials:

We’re all about being cosy and comfy. And we’ve been told that we have some of the comfiest beds around – it might be the cause for a few late checkouts too.
LOCATION
There’s so much to see, but don’t worry, we’re right at the heart of it all. Find us near scenic canals, historic landmarks, top museums, and train stations for easy travel.
