– Max Brown 7th District – Mo-Fri 07.00-10.30 / Sa-Su 07.30-10.30 (not complimentary)
We know your travel plans might have to change this year and we want to make things as easy as possible for you. For new bookings made through 31 August 2020, we apply flexible booking conditions. Simply email us and we’ll get everything settled for you shortly. We hope you and your loved ones are safe and sound.
If you made your booking via a third-party website, please check their cancellation policy.
For stays after 31 August 2020, our usual cancellation policy applies: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the start of your reservation, we unfortunately have to charge you the amount of 1 night of your stay. If you forget to cancel your booking and don’t show up for your reservation, we will charge you 1 night of your stay. Some rates may have other cancellation conditions—you’ll see them in the policy of the rate when you book and you can also find in the first section of your booking confirmation.
Check-in is at 15.00. An afternoon pick-me-up if we do say so ourselves.
Check-out is at 11.00. We hate goodbyes!
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner and JCB.
220V. Just ask the guy or gal behind the bar if you need a converter and/or an adapter—we sell them at the front desk.
Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator at every Max Brown because some are located in historical buildings, but our staff is more than willing to assist you with anything and everything possible. Here’s what each location has:
– Max Brown Canal District – No elevator, steep stairs
– Max Brown Ku’damm – Elevator
– Max Brown Midtown – Elevator
– Max Brown Museum Square – Elevator, steep stairs to breakfast area and hotel entrance
Please take a minute to look carefully at the fire safety instructions on the door of your room.
Don’t worry about trying to fit one in your suitcase—every one of our rooms has a hairdryer. Use that space for souvenirs.
Rejoice! All of our hotels have free WiFi.
If you want to go out and sightsee without your luggage, just check it in at the front desk and we’ll keep it safe.
Come by the front desk for a free map of the city. We’ll circle all of our favourite spots in the neighbourhood.
We think minibars are overrated (literally and figuratively). For that reason, we don’t have minibars in our rooms, but you’ll find everything you need and more at the bar.
While we do love pets, unfortunately we cannot accommodate your furry friend. Guide dogs are always welcome.
All of our guest rooms have phones if you wish to connect with the outside world or someone at the hotel (no judgment if you don’t). To dial out, just dial 9 (or dial 91 in Ku’damm).
All of our guest rooms have private safes for your valuables and unmentionables.
