Max Brown and Seven North are a match made in heaven: we both focus on taking the simplest pleasures and elevating them to a new level. Now we’re both able to bring a lot of heart to the heart of the city. Restaurants this special don’t come around very often, and we’re so happy to bring together visitors and neighbors for this wonderful new experience.
The Menu
The restaurant puts a creative, humorous spin on the culinary classics, like “The American Government Folded Cheeseburger”, Chef Eyal’s pita-burger creation. Another example: the large individual roasted asparagus spear dipped in a cream sauce meant to be eaten by hand in a napkin. And any restaurant by “the King of Cauliflower” has cauliflower on the menu, Think pastas, platters, vegetables, fishes and meats all with incredible, unique flavor and presentation.
And the drink menu is just as creative. Have a seat at the bar and just let the bartenders make you what they know you’ll love. Every cocktail has an elegant, artful touch, and every wine and beer was hand-selected to perfectly complement the food menu.
The Vibe
It feels like a loving home, with a staff overflowing with heart and soul. You can watch the talented kitchen staff have a great time in the restaurant’s open kitchen from wherever you are in the restaurant. Laughs and full bellies are a given. We say that you’ll probably get so wrapped up in the good times that you may stain a clothing item or two.
Opening Night
Friends and loved ones came together for a special Vienna night. Chef Eyal—who is most known for his acclaimed restaurant North Abraxas in Tel Aviv and just opened the buzzworthy Ha Salon in NYC—kicked off the night with a toast: “The food is even better here than it is in Tel Aviv [at North Abraxas]. Here I can feel the best staff, the best energy, the best chefs. The result is wonderful food that makes you so happy in your wonderful city. And you are my best ingredients.”
It was a night full of laughter, incredible food and endless shots of arak, the latter of which lead partygoers to dance on the table. We can’t wait for many more nights like it to come.
Cheers to Seven North, and see you soon in Vienna!
